1) Keep the Current Setting: Members do not require approval to join. Anyone can joinMotion Passed

2) Only moderate spammers, then delete the message, then delete the spammer. If a spammer comes back and posts a nicotine recovery message, then moderation is taking off the member

It was discussed start another group to use for business purpose that would allow for poll voting and that would not clog up the main website with business issue.
